Fix with NCAM

You can use ncam too .. it works pretty well and comes already configerd.
Download to file from attachment and install it in your box.
Set ncam to be active emu.

you just need to add you cccam line in ncam.server
port for webinterface is 8181

at the bottom of ncam.server add this

after that install latest channel list with iCam bouqet for Sky de from the link

thats it, you should have channel list with Sky De icam streamrelay and ncam working.
Everything should be working fine.
